Data Processing Agreement
This DPA summary describes intended controller/processor commitments for customers processing personal data in Fliox during private beta.
Roles of the parties
Customers act as controllers or processors for their client-service data. Fliox acts as a processor when handling that data on customer instructions.
Processing instructions
Fliox processes customer content to provide hosting, workflow execution, support, security, and agreed service operations.
Security measures
Security controls include encryption in transit, access controls, audit-oriented operational practices, and least-privilege administration.
Transfers and assistance
International transfer safeguards, audit assistance, and data subject request support must be finalized in the reviewed DPA.
