Free beta access

During beta, company workspaces receive Boutique capabilities free of charge, without a card or automatic paid conversion. Payments are unavailable.

Beta features may change and service availability is not guaranteed. Report problems to admin@fliox.io without including client documents or sensitive case information.

We will give at least 30 days’ notice before beta ends. Continuing on a paid subscription requires an explicit choice. Customers can export or request deletion of their data before the transition, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Accounts and workspace use

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting credentials.

Workspace owners control template, project, and participant access within their organizations.

Acceptable use

Users may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use the service to process unlawful or harmful content.

Service availability

Fliox aims to provide a reliable service, but availability commitments must be defined in a separate signed agreement.

Limitations

The service is provided under the limitations and disclaimers contained in the final reviewed agreement.
